Registration - 2nd International Advanced Course of Diabetic Neuropathic Foot and its Consequences
The registration for the 2nd International Advanced Course of Diabetic Neuropathic Foot and its Consequences with international participation, can be done ONLY online direct by each participant. The confirmation of registration will be received by email from the secretariat of Neurodiab.
The registration becomes valid only when proof of bank transfer is received by email or confirmation of payment is received from EuPlatesc system.
Registrations are open until: 27th of April 2022, 15:00 PM (CET)
Registration Fee: 150 Euro (Equivalent of 750 Romanian lei)
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION:
Only valid subscriptions will be eligible to receive by email the Certificate of participation.
The diploma of attendance will be released after the event, once the feedback form has been filled out. You will receive the link by email immediately after the closing ceremony.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
• For organizational reasons, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 150 people
• The event will take place online via an interactive streaming platform
• The event will be broadcasted live and can only be watched by those who registered for the event (they will receive a username and a personalized password ONE day before the event). In addition, the recording of the event will be available on the platform for 30 days for further review, only for these participants.
• Certificates of participation are issued electronically, by email, only for those who registered and who have answered correctly to 70% of the questions.
